I ordered and paid for a cooker, two and a half months later after making numerous unanswered calls and sending hundreds of emails I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, only to be told I had to contact my bank, as I had paid by debit card my refund may not happen. They are dreadful, they also banned me from leaving a review on there website.
