“My transaction with Cash Bee over 3 weeks ago.”

My husband has cancer so he decided to sell some of his dvd's to cash bee to create a little extra revenue to help pay a bill. He sent Cash Bee 49 items approx 20 were New & Sealed & was quoted £75.00 but he never received any money & now it looks as if he never will. I have written to Cash bee via a recorded letter informing them of my husbands illness & the money is needed but they never responded, they hav e also ignored my emails. These people are the lowest of the low & the word scum is too good for them.

“Complete scam and immature about it too!”

Wasn't paid any money after 2 months not to mention recieving any sort of apology or explanation. I contacted them asking for my DVDs back as a I do want to do buisness with a con artist and in the reply I was referred to as a crazy crazy lady. I have also contacted watchdog and trading standards lets bring these disgusting people down. Won't stop till they end up in jail and I get compensation, stay well and truly clear from this site!

“Cashbee is a waste of time and money!!!”

I recently sold some dvd's and cd's online to a website called cashbee.co.uk. I did this after seeing adverts on tv and the fact that I wanted to make some extra cash. The website arranged a courier service to pick up the items, 224 to be exact which fitted into 2 parcels. I can't recall the name of the courier service though. Then like 2 days later from the pick up of my items i received a text message saying that my items had been received and checked and that I will receive my payment into my bank account soon. When I sold the items I chose 2 week standard payment. I have waited for at least 2 weeks and I also sent a couple of e-mails that have gained no response. I have read other people's reviews who had used the same website. I am disgusted with the amount of people that have no received any payment. About 2 people out of like 50 or something said after lots of contact on their part they then received payment. I am only going to wait a few days now until I get the police involved. I have already filled in a form with watchdog and contacted consumer direct and trading standards. I have been very patient and understanding with this company, there is no company contact telephone number either!

“Scam!”

Total scam, sent in my items, (20 minimum), so I sent 20 exactly as I didn't want to send everything in case something went wrong, went to the post office on the 16th of November 2011 and sent off my items, they sent me no email or anything confirmation that my items were received other than an update on my cashbee account that said they had received the items, the website says payment will be delivered in two weeks time once they've received the items so I waited three just to be sure and they hadn't sent me anything, they replied around 3 days later saying it would be sent out at the end of the week (this was on a monday), so I waited again and still nothing, have contacted a few times since asking where the payment is, the emails they have replied too said the same thing 'payment will be sent at the end of the week' but never arrived, still waiting and now fed up after 3 months of it, about to write them a letter and proceed to small claims court if I don't receive the money in the next two weeks :(

“CASHBEE & OWNER CHRIS HUNTER IS A FRAUD. DO NOT USE!!! ”

CASHBEE & OWNER CHRIS HUNTER IS A FRAUD. DO NOT USE!!! Lost 100s of cds to them so I did some research. Cashbee is owned and run by Chris Hunter and his wife, who owned and run mytxt- a company who was fined approx £30,000 for taking customers money without permission. The company uses 3 different addresses and does not provide any contact number, which they should by law. Also addresses and personal details are NOT secure on their website, I stumbled across 3 different customer accounts when trying to access mine. Their terms & conditions state
