Ordered a micro usb converter for my Tom Tom start.Received invoice via e mail on 4th December on placing order.Chased up on 8th December via e mail no reply.Now 17th December still no reply and no goods.

Diabolical Service
I ordered a cable for my satnav which, when it arrived, didn't work. I contacted the company and they requested its return which i did in all the original packaging, getting proof of postage etc. They acknowledged its receipt and asked me to provide my bank details to enable them to process a refund. I refused to share such details and asked for a cheque to be issued. I have now asked a total of 5 times for this matter to be concluded and they simply refuse to respond to me, let alone send me my refund. I will be referring this case to the Trading Standards Office. Do not trust these people with your money

Tomtom Usb Charger Cheapest Price On The Entire Net
I usually buy my items from big companies because they tend to be the cheapest, however doing a quick search online, I found this company were the cheapest for the tomtom usb charger and alot of other tomtom accessories so i ordered a charger from them and delivery arrived within 2 days, if you need a tomtom charger buy from totalsatnav!
Tomtom Nike Plus Watch - Great Birthday Gift
I purchased a tomtom nike black volt watch from totalsatnav and was very pleased with the service and especially the price, was £20 cheaper than amazon who I initially thought would be the cheapest.
