I found this firm very helpful indeed. Everything they said about this machine has proved to be accurate and we are finding it fantastic in our old, bit damp cottage, particularly with all the rain we have had. 4ft 6in double pine headboard. Flimsy packaging which arrived half open; no internal stuffing. All the wooden dowels of one of the side posts broken. Headboard deeply dented in four places. Unusable.
