Buyer Beware!!!!!
Paid for Samsung S10+ 5G and received a very poor copy (both phones running an old android versions, both running old MT processors, both only had storage of 16gb and had terrible displays the note 9 had some made up steel stylus that didn't do a thing) of a NOTE 9 and iPhone XS. Said it was the fault of the warehouse and offered me 50% off the correct phone but I had to order it again and keep the 2 incorrect phones. I reluctantly did and they sent it from China via Netherlands even though I paid for EXPRESS DHL Shipping to Australia. I then googled the company only to find several trusted review sites with people having the same problem. Learnt my lesson, will never buy from EstoresChina again. Buyer Beware!!!!!
P.S. Don't leave a review on their site, they change it to the way they want it to look and give it 5 stars,

Behind Their Fancy Website And Tricky Reviews Ther
Behind their fancy website and tricky reviews there is a nicely set up trap. I had ordered a clone Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Paid additional 16 EUR for DHL services. They accept payment only through Western Union, thus making money refund impossible.
Unfortunately I had placed my order and paid before reading comments in various Tech sites. I hoped that what I read would not come true for my order. Unfortunately from day 2, their representative started some silly excuses. At first, they informed me that DHL was not accepting parcels containing batteries or other flammable liquids and that they would send it by ordinary Post services. I immediately tried to halt the order as I had the good excuse that the shipment would take too long. They said that the item had been already dispatched. They also promised that the dispatch was done from their EU warehouse, thus saving any additional taxes at Customs Services. Following their tracking information, I found out that it took almost 10 days for the package to be released from Dutch Post Office. The truth is that they had shipped the parcel from China, through NL Post Office, which is a standard procedure as I found out. In the meantime, after continuous correspondence, I had their promise in written that they shall refund the money as soon as I return the package to them. After 30 days of waiting, I finally received the shipment and I was requested by my local post office to pay an additional amount of 81 EURO for Import Taxes. I refused to pay and declined pick up of the shipment. I instructed my local Post Office to return the package to the sender. I informed them right away and requested that they commence procedures for money refund. They refused, despite their written commitment in previous correspondence. All they could do is offer a 50% discount in future order. I tried to write my review in their website and then noticed that they had blocked my account. Beware of them.

*****dont Waste Your Time And Money On Estorechina*****
This was a Nightmare from the start. EstoreChina will purposely send you the wrong phone so they can persuade you into sending more money. They told me after I order a Gold Galaxy Note 8 and received a defective Blue Galaxy S8 that they can offered 50% discount on another phone. If I sent the phone back they said they were"t guaranteed to receive it though, so they recommended buying another phone with 50% discount. An absolute setup AVOID * AVOID
Same Story Iphone X
I ordered the susposedly iPhone x, supposedly 1:1 copy. Of course I did not expect it to be as good as a real iPhone, BUT I at least expected it to look like one! AND work decently enough. The video of it on thier website was awesome! Looked just like it, and the screen filled up the front just like an iPhone x. But the one they sent me? A square screen with black all around it. And as far as functionality....a piece of junk. They said it was the warehouse mistake, and they sent the "wrong one". I could keep the one I had, and they would send the "right one" for half price. Now would you trust that? The other option they gave me was to send the phone back and they would send me the right one. That is what I did. By the way, it was 50 bucks to send it to China! I have my USPS tracking number, but it never arrived after a month and a half. Now the company says it is lost during shipping, and they offered to sell me the phone at half price. I'm pretty sure I would like the Galaxy Note 8 instead, and after bargaining with them, (there is a language barrier, by the way), they will go as low as 110 dollars, but I'm sure I would just be throwing it away again...yet why oh why do I feel tempted to actually send them more money? Maybe because I don't have ANYTHING for my effort right now, and I want SOMETHING! Maybe it will be good? Maybe? I know people only submit reviews if thier experience is bad. Maybe they actually have some satistied customers. It's only 110 more bucks...your opinion?

Sketchy And Fake Reviews On Site
Well, I dunno if I trust this site now...I ordered a Galaxy Note 8 and wanted it shipped by DHL cause it was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days..apparently China can't ship items with Lithium batteries out of their country using DHL..so that was a waste of $20 I won't get back...then found out they shipped the phone to the Netherlands to be mailed to me..which is gonna take even longer to get to me..it's already been 2 weeks and NL post still hasn't received the phone yet...and to top things off, I was checking comments that other people have written about the Note 8 and low and behold, there was a comment that I apparently wrote myself, and it was on the date I ordered the phone...I'm guessing the customer comments/reviews on the site are all fake. Makes me wonder if the phones are even as described and they just used videos and descriptions of the real deal to lure people in along with the low prices. Anyways, I dunno if you want to trust this site or not..I'll leave it up to you.

I Bought A Samsung W2016 Clone Flip Phone
I bought a Samsung W2016 Clone, total cost including express shipping and import duties(which I hasten to add they declare as duty free ) £260 sterling. Ordered black, received a gold one. It was clearly not new, the back was marked. I emailed them, they suggested a discount off next purchase. I said I didn't want that and would make an official complaint. They then threatened that if I did so they would not provide any backup for the product I had purchased. So, reluctantly I kept the phone. The handset is faulty, the keyboard does not work correctly and effectively it is a throwaway item! Oh how could I get sucked in by this? Well , thanks to their credible website and Youtube video reviews, that's how! Save your time and effort, simply burn your money, it's less hassle and has the same effect!

Do Not Buy From Them
Definitely the worst of typical Chinese business online.
I ordered a Honor V8. They sent clone Samsung S8 with iPhone screen protector plus iPhone case(free gift. Lol)
They were suggesting I keep it and get discount off next order!! Are they taking the Mickey?
They said they would issue refund, if I sent back phone. After they received return, they tried to get me to accept another clone phone in compensation. Their agent told me company refuse refunds. She seemed believable but then stopped responding in WhatsApp when I said I had emailed the Chinese embassy in London.
Just a thought, folks, if you all send emails to the embassy I bet they will soon investigate ecarts.
I refuse to give up either and will post on every known media site about them as a company. They make other Chinese companies look like Snow White in comparison.
If you buy from China Ecarts you might as well give your money to a charity. DON'T DO IT.
If I can save just a few buyers from using them, it may make my £240 loss bearable.
