I have bought music gear many times in the past and always had great service from some great guy's at DV Romford. Since they partnered with the German company things have gone down hill. I recently ordered a Bugera PS1 attenuator. That was in February. They said it would not be available until the end of March. I could live with that. I go on their web site again only to find that they now say not available until June. That's too far ahead for me. I have tried twice to cancel the order via the only contact point. Email sales department in Germany. I asked for confirmation of the cancellation, so that I could buy else ware. They just ingnore my request.
Sadly it seems I will have to wait until June to find out if it's cancelled. Come back Digital Village, where have you gone.
