I ordered a cable for my iMac from bigupgadgets and they sent a different one to what I ordered. Email response was every 2-3 days and they would not accept they sent the wrong item even after I sent picture proof. They slowly went through the motions but in the end, they wouldn't accept their fault and said they sent me what I ordered and that was the last contact. I would never recommend buying from bigupgadgets as they send a cheaper (old stock) part and claim they sent you what you ordered.
