Waited approx 2 months for a lpg fryer to be delivered, it worked for approx 6 days worth of trading over the course of a few weeks, after reporting it I'm informed that I am covered for parts only, the cost of the fault diagnosis as well as finding an engineer falls to me, I then have to wait for replacement parts to be sent to me before paying again for an engineer to come out again and fix it. I have contacted this company numerous times, promised phones calls are not returned, I constantly have to chase emails up. I have yet to hear from a manager despite requesting them to contact me. Ongoing complaint - would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone else.
