Zero Customer Service Skills And I’ve Reported The

Zero customer service skills and I’ve reported them to trading standards. After coming out to assess a broken cooker, they charged us close to £100 for the call-out fee, promising to come back and fix the oven within a week. (They were supposed to have arrived in the morning and I’d taken a day off of work. They ended-up arriving after 6pm without letting me know or any form of apology because they said ‘they’d lost my phone number!?!’ They’d sent me a text message the day before to confirm the engineer’s visit. The engineer stayed no more than 5 minutes. He took photos of the oven door, took my payment to have it fixed and left, promising to be back by the end of the week. That was 2 months ago. The company never answer their phone. I’ve left 5 voicemails that they haven’t replied to. I’ve left two emails which they haven’t replied to. I finally got in contact with one of their representatives on Facebook, he didn’t apologise at all but said his supplier had only just delivered the parts. He didn’t address my request for my money back and didn’t send the refund! Avoid them at all cost!

Unprofessional

Very poor service. The Engineer said washing machine pump needs replacing. Paid for the pump but the machine started working well by itself. CLearly pump didn't need replacing. Requested refund of the money paid for the part that was never received/replaced or required. After 15 emails, they have still not paid the money back. Now they seem to have blocked my number.

Awful Company. Do Yourself A Favour And Close

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. Do yourself a favour and find any other means necessary to have your equipment repaired.

I contacted this company, they were full of beans to book me in. Gave me a whole day slot between 9-5.

Asked me to call in the morning to confirm. I did, told me between 2-4.

I took the whole day off. In today climate and the stress on my company as it is, this is rare and the only option I had.

6pm rolls around. No show. No-one called, no one informed me they wouldn't be turning up just left me in Limbo.

TODAY, MONDAY, they email to say sorry, not sure what happened lets book for in the week.

Wow. I don't know how you value your time but I certainly cannot afford to just take days off and have the same experience repeated.

As I told them as I'll detail here. In business, do yourself a favour and just do what you say you're going to do. SIMPLE

Terrible Company

Absolutely terrible company . Do not even think about booking these people. 1st appointment no show even though they said they were on there way . Booked another appointment no show again . No explanation , they sound like they really don’t care when you eventually get through to them on the phone . They don’t answer emails, the manager is always in a meeting so cannot speak to me . Disgusting. How they are even in business I do not know .

Appalling

Appalling. First appointment no-show, second appointment fine and told us they'd order parts. Virtually no communication unless I ring them and then it just feels like they can't be bothered. Third appointment today to fit the parts and it's another no-show despite me phoning up this morning to confirm and again at 3pm to double check for the 3-5pm window. No calls, no engineer... Let's hope when I ring them in the morning we finally get the service that has been paid for!

Personally speaking I feel like they just hoof jobs into a time slot and then hope the engineer can get to them all and maximise the time! It would have been nice to get a call to say someone couldn't turn up!

Do Not Use This Company!

Do not use this company!!! I contacted them and they seemed very professional and said they would be able to fix my washing machine on a specified morning. They said they would narrow down the time slot on the day. I took the morning off work, phoned them on the morning to confirm and was given a 3 hour time slot. Fine. The engineer did not show. I phoned them, they said he had been delayed due to a difficult job, then had another job to do before me and would be with me later in the afternoon. No appearance by 4. Phoned again, they said they could reschedule for the following morning. I explained that I work, and that I'd taken time off work! They said they'd get him to phone me with an e.t.a. I got no phone call. I phoned them again, was put on hold (for a long time again), then was just cut off at 5 (when the office closed). The engineer didn't show up, I got no phone call from him, and no call back from the company. I have taken a whole day of my leave, for nothing, and I still have a broken machine. A truly awful way to treat people. Don't believe a word on their website, they are an abysmal company and will waste your time, do not use them.

Unreliable Time Wasters With No Respect For Their Customers

I waited in all day on 2 separate occasions for pre booked visits and on both days they failed to turn up. Didn't bother to ring to say they would not be coming or apologise, despite Domestic and General confirming the second visit with them. Left numerous messages on their answerphone as instructed (they will not pick up their phone) but they didn't even have the decency to respond to these either. Absolute joke of a business with no respect for their customers.

They Don't Turn Up

Having booked a date for an engineer to call on 23/08/18 I waited in all day. Concerned that no-one had called to say they were on the way I called this company and was re-assured that an engineer would be calling between 3pm and 5pm. THEY DIDN'T.

I called this company the next day and they couldn't (or wouldn't) give an explanation for the 'no-show'. Arrangements were made for another Engineer to call on 29/08/18. I was told this would be one of his First calls having been let down previously.

The 29th came and by lunchtime no-one had called or rung to say they were on the way. I rung the Company and was assured the Engineer would be there between 4pm and 5pm. NO ONE TURNED UP.

Emails to this company have gone unanswered and requests to talk to someone in Management have been ignored. THEY DON'T CARE !!!

THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY !!!!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ………….

Impossible Contact With Company

This is the worst company i have ever had dealings with. WHY ON EARTH DO DOMESTIC AND GENERAL use them, they missed an appointment and wouldnt answer their phones to find out why. Sent an engineer on anther day that had even been booked in with me. Wont answer their phones, terrible service

Poor Rubbish Customer Service

Hello, I just wanted to say how I find this company completely incompetent and a complete let down. Twice in one week they have let us down with their so called planning, Deawoo were using this sub-standard company as a sub-contractor and told me to expect a call last Tuesday to confirm the engineers attendance, however this never happened so I called them and was told to expect an engineer between 2pm and 4pm, this time came and went so I called back and was told the engineer was delayed and will be with me within the following hour, again this time frame came and went so I called again and was told “our systems are down, please call back within half an hour to an hour, we are open till 8pm”. I was surprised then to hear “ we’re now closed”, when I called back just 30 minuets later. Nethertheless the next day when an operator called to apologise for the day before and offered to send an engineer that day which unfortunately due to work I couldn’t arrange for that day I was pleased to then arrange a further appointment for today (Friday), at the time of the call the operator clearly stated it would need to be a morning appointment as the engineers go out to the furthest address and work back towards home, so I agreed today (Friday) before 12pm with the operator, however when I called up near 10 am I was told by a male operator the appointment would be this afternoon between 2 and 4pm. I was then really shocked to hear that when I called up around 1.45pm that the engineer had already been at 1.30pm. What is the point of giving a two hour window of arrival when the engineer is not going to arrive within that window? Then I was told by the male operator that there was no chance of the engineer coming back as he was now in Sevenoaks.

The company is a joke, their customer service is non existent, when speaking to the male operator you could just hear in his voice I really don’t give two s@*t’s about your problem, I have lost a days pay waiting for an engineer that never turned up on Tuesday then either the same engineer or another one can’t even arrive within a two hour window that they gave me.

On their website they claim “you can count on fast, reliable and outstanding workmanship throughout the year” well they can’t even manage a week !!!

Disgusting service and I have taken this further with Deawoo, who I hope drop this firm like a stone.
