“Really bad customer service”

Ordered a carbon filter for the cooker hood received a fan element instead. Tried their email system and got a standard reply that they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never did.

Tried their telephone number and waited and waited at 5p a minute it's a long wait. Eventually, a voice said they had long wait times of over five minutes and to keep waiting. Needless to say I gave up after 10 minutes. Anyone want a fan element?
