I placed an order via thier website. No delivery information was detailed in the cart so I continued the checkout hoping to find it and after going to the payment section it stated it would go to a review order but didn't, the checkout just went to a "Thanks for you order page". so I contacted them they said that their order checkout was not giving any delivery info and referring to a review order page that did not exist. After speaking with them I was shocked to their answer, they did not want to deal with this at all and after asking to speak to manager the same reply was given. No matter who I spoke to they kept saying there was nothing wrong, even after I sent screenshots of the entire checkout process. (They said I would get a refund if I send these screenshots showing a error in their checkout) but this was just a gimmick as they offered no solution but just argumentative messages. This is not the customer service you would expect and they refused to give their name.
If a customer buys something from a store and notices an error in the checkout process, you would think the store would be happy to have the feedback to help improve itself. This was not the case and I continued to have very appalling agumentative emails from this shop until my order was cancelled.
Bottom line is - I would stay away. If I could give less than one star I would. An absolute appalling experience I hope never to have again!

I ordered an AVA pressure washer on sale. Payment was taken. I then received an email saying that I failed a security check and will be getting a refund. The offer I bought was also taken down from the website and the bundle was relisted for full price. They basically put £300 of my money in limbo for a week and lied about it to save a few quid. Very shady business.

Worst Product With No Return / Exchange Policy
I ordered citrus juicer where i received the useless product. I put pomegranate in it where half of the quantity was still theere in fruit n very little quantity of juice i received. After usage the cone has got stuck no option to remove it. I received no mamual nothing in package.
I regret of buying this costly product from clean store.

Awful, fob any issues with products off on the manufacturer. Send out wrong items to that on the website, useless at arranging return collections. Glorified middleman selling for the manufacturer - very badly may I add. They need to learn a customers bought from them and blaming the manufacturer for the poor logistics and communications at the company isn’t acceptable.

Poor Customer Service - Messed About With Order!
I've used Cleanstore previously and never had any issues, but when an item needed to be returned it was a nightmare of trying to get hold of the team without them cutting me off, apparently a line issues which was really frustrating. I also had a member of staff put me on hold while he answered another call and then cut me off!
Working on a skeleton staff or not it's not acceptable customer service at all.
I thought i'd give them the benefit of the doubt and once my refund was received i reordered a new pressure washer, unfortunately after being told different re-stocking dates from the members of staff, a phone call to confirm it would be with me on a certain date when they didn't have the stock. At this point i'd had enough and cancelled my order and went elsewhere.
If it's in stock you may not have any problems getting the item but after my above experience i won't be returning.

This company needs reporting to fair trading standards, telephone number does not connect you . The police is now persing. I did not get and you cannot get any contact .Just do the correct thing and get time. I will now contact my bank.

Mis-information On Availability And Deliveries
Be wary of this seller. I bought a Nilfisk E-145 Home and Car care bundle on the website when it showed 10+stock available. This was on the 11th of April. Money was taken promptly, but no information on delivery. I contacted them through chat and after a lot of delayed responses, I was told that the product was on back-order. Classic misinformation tactic. Now, my card has been charged and most people will not go through the hassle of waiting on this to be reversed while they spend another few hundred on an alternate seller!! How does Cleanstore get away with these positive reviews? I see now that another person has left exactly this same feedback. No response from Cleanstore either, I see! This is the kind of company that would misinform its customers and respond only to good reviews. So, while I pay for my mistake in dealing with them - if you are researching this company to buy from them, I would suggest that you do not! Save your time.

Do Niot Buy From This Company
I bought a pressure washer from this company which was faulty after emails to and fro sending receipts photographs troubleshooting. They finally said they send someone to pick up the machine. Following day I receive an email stating they don’t pick up from Northern Ireland and advise me to drive 65 miles to have the machine repaired under warranty! If you sell and deliver to Northern Ireland Why not pick up there! My calls and emails are now being ignored horrible company!
