I ordered a hob,oven,extractor hood and fridge freezer from this company. Part of the way through the online order I was asked if I wanted to use Amazon pay to simplify the order, which I did. I filled in the address for the billpayer,my home address, and proceeded through the form, waiting for the opportunity to enter a delivery address for our BTL house, which didn't happen. I've used them before for my business and the service has been average to say the least. for my latest order it was for my home and they have basically called me a liar twice. Ordered an oven on Wednesday, paid for next day delivery, Thursday phoned to see when it was due, it was out of stock. Ordered another one for delivery Friday, didn't hear anything, phoned them up, it was cancelled Thursday night & nobody emailed or phoned me. I ordered a new toilet from them as my old one was cracked and leaking sewerage on the floor. They told me it would be delivered on or before the 9/4/2018 so I took the day off work and arranged a plumber to come in the late afternoon to install it. I phoned them on the morning of the 9th to ask what time the item would be delivered and they said that delivery would be on the 10th! It was a tumble dryer and needed lifting on a raised surface so I hired a man to do this (£75). the item arrived completely dented and cracked. It had clearly been dropped from the lorry. 33 days after receiving a fridge from this firm which was damaged massively and unusable I still have not had satisfaction. The damaged fridge is boxed and ready to be returned. I have had to jump through massive of hoops. I have sent photos of the damage, photos of all the badges on the item ...and still nothing.
