Bought air conditioning unit. Arrived damaged. Offered 10% refund then a replacement part which wasnt even an option because the casing was damaged. Fought for a replacement then that was broken too. Asked for refund having to wait in for yet another day for collection and requesting the refund three days later as heard nothing. Then not refunded my original postage cost. Terrible service they dont even read the email and reply properly, ignored most of my questions such as how long will it take for the collection to be processed

We feel your pain. Ordered a washer dryer for delivery 10 days ago. On the day of delivery we were advised that it was damaged so wouldn’t be delivered. Delivery finally rearranged for a week later. We received a message on the day to say the delivery was cancelled. After calling and waiting ages for an advisor, it was finally agreed that it would be delivered today. No comms received, so we called this morning to be told no delivery had been arranged. We have now cancelled our order and requested a refund. Watch this space. Terrible service, I were would not recommend buying from this company.
