Not a great experience with this company I'm afraid!! Use at your own risk!!
Ordered a fridge and freezer at the same time and was told that the delivery would take about a MONTH!
ordered anyway as i was in no particular rush for them.
Next day I received a call to what they say confirm the item details and make sure it's correct. What the call was actually for is to try and use hard sell tactics on you to take out extended warranty on your new goods and pay a monthly fee!! Even when you tell them NO! they don't stop pushing!!
Anyway a little while after ordering, I get a message saying one of my items won't be delivered on time!! Even after waiting for a month!!! How long can it possibly take to put a fridge and freezer in the back of a truck and deliver it???
People have traveled to distant planets in shorter time periods!!
So, the day finally arrived that i would take delivery of the first item which was the fridge. I get a message saying it will be delivered and will get a courtesy call before hand.
Well I waited in all day and no call!
So I called them. Was told it must be on the evening delivery if it's not arrived yet and to just be a bit patient.
Anyway to cut it short, it didn't come!
Next day spent hours on the phone getting pushed from pillar to post and losing connection with them 3 times! Only to get absolutely nowhere!
My next port of call was with the delivery company themselves ArrowXL great company BTW!
Only to be told that they do know of my fridge, but it hasn't been scheduled for delivery yet! I then had to arrange for the delivery MYSELF!! and select the most appropriate date which for me was the earliest. That was at least another week!
Eventually that arrived and all was good.
Now the freezer! That arrived exactly on the day they said it would with a different courier service.
Unfortunately it had scratches on the front of the door. I got in contact with them and sent them pics of the damage and their response was to refund me £15 OR £20 store credit!
Why on earth would i want to give these people more of my money by spending it in their store????
I told them after spending £200 on a damaged freezer, I don't really think 15 quid was suitable compensation!
If that was all they were prepared to offer then I would rather a replacement. But did state it was now in use as I had no where else to store my food!
Their reply was if it's been used they can't accept it backs it's in their terms and conditions!
Just a complete hassle from start to finish with these people.
If you want my honest opinion, then go to a reputable company you know and trust!
Yes, you may pay slightly more. But in the long run, you will be glad you have saved yourself all the stress!!
