Very poor service, only receiving automatic response to my emails, can't get through on the phone. I ordered an air conditioning unit for my mom on 26th June. The credit card payment did not work (my fault not theirs) so I sent a bank transfer to the address they gave me on the 27th. The money left my account on this date and I paid extra for next day delivery. No sign of my order. I couldn't track it and it said payment was not made. 14th of July and still no sign of my order. I have now cancelled the order which seemed to be a very quick process. But lets see when I will get my money back?? I would have preferred to have the air conditioning unit. First time I have had problems ordering online.
