Bought a Ariston dehumidifier from appliance direct,it went faulty so I rang appliance direct,they told me to ring Ariston to get a reference number from them so as I could return it to appliance direct at south normanton,I got my ref number after a difficult time getting in touch with head office customer services,took the dehumidifier back to south normanton and was told I needed to ring head office customer services to get a ref number from theme did not need the ref number from Ariston as no one at appliances direct did not even ask for it,,after a extremely difficult frustrating time I got through whilst at south normanton appliances direct,the sales guy was NO help at all,I gave the sales guy the ref number from head office and he gave me a paper saying "for further Enquiries regarding your return please email our returns department at [email protected] direct.co.uk. I still don't know if my money has been returned to my account for the faulty dehumidifier. The moral in this email for you all out there is:- if your appliance from this company breaks down GOD help you getting your money back
