After being a loyal customer for a long time and buying a lot of things over the years. I ordered a Dyson Cool Product and after it arrived realised that not only have the prices increased over the COVID loackdown period from before but also not more ability to return the product. I wanted to replace with a cool + Pure product thus giving them more money. Their call centre is not manned, emails not read and after 20 days get a response.

I will not be buying again till there sort their staffing issues. Small companies in the Nortwest of england, have call centres manned and respond within 48 hours. Terrible terrible.
