I live at flat 8 in a block of flats. The delivery was left outside the main doors which the driver called 'The Porch'.this was no different to leaving the parcel on the pavement. Neddless to say i have not recieved the package which must have grown legs very quickly as there are many untrustworthy people around nowadays. I am nearly 80 years of age and cannot keep ordering this item in the hope that another driver uses his common sense.

Great company to deal with. Ordered Friday, dispatched first thing Monday morning and received on Tuesday. Prices were brilliant. Managed to get hold of a product that the supermarkets have stopped to stock. So now I have a wee stockpile.

Purchased grave flower holders at a great price. Delivery was great. Although I would have liked an update when they were delivered as they were sent to someone at a different address. However, I was told they are good quality and a great price.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering, the website gave me precise and easy access information for my product and delivery. Delivery was quick however just one small thing that would help,would be text advice of approximate time of delivery.

Other companies I use do this, and DPD in particular are excellent at keeping me informed of where my delivery is and I can track it real time as well.Otherwise I am extremely pleased with my online experience and will have no hesitation in ordering again

I have ordered many times over the years and always received my delivery within 48 hours depending on what time of day I sent the order.

Unfortunately my latest delivery took 7 days from Monday to Monday. FedEx were the carrier. I think you might seriously see if other customers have had the same problem.
