Caution, This company sells goods online but when they are faulty and returned they do not refund postage costs incurred in the original order.
I believe this not correct and against the distant selling regulations of which they have to comply with being a UK based outlet.
Yes they refunded my costs incurred to return the item eventually but this is correct procedure anyway.
If an item is faulty and a return is agreed which it was in this case and we was told by a staff member all costs would be refunded but they have gone back on their word despite emails stating the P&P refund was being processed.

Hi. I've never used this company before and based on this comment was not going to progress with my purchase. However, having been on the site, it clearly states
"If you do need to return a product for a refund, please post it to the following address within 90 days of receiving your order, don’t forget to include your name, address and phone number. Original postage and packaging cost not included and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. ...... RETURN ADDRRESS ........ in Romsey. Hampshire:"
This is not to say that I'm going ahead as there's still further rearch to complete on the company etc.
Not quite the same, but 'caveat emptor' springs to mind. Before buying anything, do the RESEARCH. Screenshot everything or take pictures on your mobile and pay using a credit card for the insurance you get. And if it doesn't feel right, don't do it!!
