Bought a bed and draws to go under bed. Argos delivered two different beds. Turned out they had discontinued the draws so I returned item. Customer service were fine but number is an 0345 number so cost the customer and they keep you waiting and paying.
Then Argos had a second computer error and did not turn up in allocated time slot for beds. Driver refused to turned back to pickup. Argos refused to refund money till beds were picked daughter had to sleep on floor whilst we waited for Argos to eventually reorganize a pickup.
So three evenings spent waiting for Argos and in the end no bed!!!
Argos customer service reply to this is sorry but tough.
Great customer service Argos.....will not be using them again EVER!!!!
