I have ordered a Christmas present on the 5th of December. Your website stated fast delivery throughout Ireland.
The parcel was shipped and the tracking stated item not suaitable for carriage. Now the tracking number cannot be traced. I have emailed parcel force who said an investigation can only be launched with the company. I have emailed, messaged them on Instagram, tried to message on Facebook, I’m currently on hold as caller no6 for the past 20 mins and have not received any information back from the company.
Ridiculous customer service and now not even sure if I will get a refund since no one is responding to me.
Just don’t order from this company.
