Sent it securely and let me know when it was being delivered. Very good. I'd use them again because I would be confident that I would get my item on time and safely. It sometimes annoys me about some companies when they take forever to dispatch and there's no communication so yes they were a delight to deal with, makes a change.

Ordered on line stuff arrived quickly, everything in order, well packaged but not wasteful.

My daughters A3 Art sketch pad arrived having been damaged in transit due to the flimsy thin jiffy bag (the thinnest one I have ever seen)which it was packaged in. I immediately emailed the Art store expressing my annoyance and disappointment and was dealt with in the most apologetic and friendly manner. My payment was returned without question or hesitation. Because of the professional way I was treated I would purchase from this company again - I trust they would greatly improve the quality of their parceling to avoid the risk of future damaged goods!

I ordered a number of sketch books from the artstore. The ordering process was very good where you don't get moved to a different screen when you place an item onto your order. When you do click in the order finish button the process was clean and easy.

I received an order conformation e-mail, an indication when the order would arrive and a further e-mail informing me what time of the day stated the order would arrive. Normally I would take these times with a pince of salt. however the parcel arrived on time, in very good packaging.

I don't normally write reviews about orders and deliveries but I have to say the quality and price of the produces ordered and delivered were very good and they did arrive on time and when stated.

Everything was absolutely described on website, there was nothing particular which i didnt like so far.. Items were fully told which type of paper they were...
