Unfortunately we were disappointed with the overall training on Sage HR as the queries that we had largely related to the reporting functionality of the system. However, this did not seem to be something that was covered in any great detail during the training and we were instead advised to contact Sage Reporting to direct any queries to them in terms of specific reports that we required to determine whether such reports would be possible to create or develop the required reports. As such, had we been made aware of this prior to the training we could of directed a majority of our queries to Sage Reporting and saved both our time and money instead of attending this training session.

Good to notice that I had purchased 5 upgrades a few months ago and to match up with my other versions of act. Helpful to resolve a tech question which hopefully we can fix later, thanks for your help with this problem

Ordering the software was easy, received the downlink instantly followed by email asking if everything was satisfactory. Few days later I received the CD by post.

I have purchased Sage Instant Accounts Plus from this shop and would recommend this shop to everyone who wants to buy Sage products. They are Sage business partners but sell their software for much cheaper. Before you commit to the purchase you can test the product online so you know what you are buying. It is disappointing that the documents cannot be exported onto word. Very easy to use other than that. Also I received a copy of a CD of the software. However this only runs for 180 days. I would not have bought Sage had I known about this. If my computer has a blip and the software corrupts or if I want to change computers, it will make it difficult.

Very happy with my experience of this company, got exactly what I paid for; a download that was available immediately and a disc a couple of days later. Follow up courtesy call to check all ok was nice and an email thanking me for my purchase. A decent saving on the price too. Nice to see good customer service is still out there!

I was advised to use the site via my accountant. My first impressions was an excellent and well presented site.

There was plenty of information but very easy to navigate to what you want rather than what you don't want.

I found the site very vibrant which encouraged me to come back to the site to view all your products.

The prices were the best element of the site. The cost of the software was by far the cheapest that I could find on the web and over £ 50 cheaper than Sage itself.

When I decided to purchase Sage Instant Accountant the whole affair was seamless to choosing the product to checkout.

This was then followed up by a seamless amount of e mails from your company advising from confirmation of order to product download.

After download I installed the product, registered it with Sage and its now all up and running. The e module learning is quite a good tool albeit I did not particularly need it as I have used Sage before but I would say a fantastic tool for someone who has never used Sage before.

I would say from purchase, to download and installed took little over 30 minutes and the longest procedure was the actual download.

I chased my invoice 24 hours later and within minutes it was hear.

Overall I was very impressed with the whole affair and I would recommend you to anyone.
