Absolutely Brilliant!

I was able to purchase a high-spec laptop for a fraction of the price that major brands would have charged. I loved the customisation options - you are able to purchase a machine that fits your exact needs. The build quality is excellent, and (at least for the model I purchased) the repairability seems excellent. The laptop was shipped quickly, and arrived faster than expected.

I was very impressed with PC Specialist they provided plenty of customisation options when ordering the laptop allowing me to select one that has the specifications that suit my requirements. This was particularly good as it means that I knew exactly what I was getting which is not always the case with computer and tech suppliers. I was able to select not only a good CPU, GPU but also a generous amount of RAM and hard drive space whereas other companies would make you upgrade to receive extra RAM and storage. The build time and delivery was also excellent they not only constructed my laptop within a week but it arrived in good time. PC Specialist also kept me informed of every step of the Laptop’s construction and delivery. The laptop is well built the case providing a good amount of USB A slots which are usually neglected, the laptop itself is sturdy, the keyboard feels good to use, it is relatively light weight, easy to carry and has nice lighting both on the keyboard and on the back of the laptop. Overall excellent service and product.

I'm considering buying a laptop from them and wondered what are the actual laptop itself is like? What make or brand can they be compared to? Are they just a cheap case/shell around quality components or as I'm hoping a decent bit of hardware?
