This was a company I had trusted. In a short call, we had configured a laptop, not cheap, but exactly as required. In helpful updates, I could see the progress of manufacture, configuration and testing. Then it all went wrong.... The delivery address somehow got corrupted between them and DPD. Must have gone right past my office ....before being returned to the factory. No-one called me. It took a week for the round trip. After MANY calls and MANY non-returned calls, someone called a manager "took ownership" and arranged special delivery to my home at the weekend. Except that they delivered it back to my WORK at the weekend. More calls, more non-returned calls. And then it turns out that DPD had LOST the computer. So they built a new one and, finally, about 4 weeks late, I got it. For my inconvenience, I was awarded £50. Computer is fine, but this purchase is marred by terrible delivery and appalling communication.

My order was dispatched fast and built fast. Highly recommend they are awesome.

Ordered a custom built pc. Designing it was very straightforward and easy to do and the ordering process was smooth. It arrived after 7days and was well packaged and easy to setup. Pc works flawlessly and is a huge upgrade over my previous system. Would definitely reccomend to anyone

I ordered my new custom PC after being recommended by some family members. The process of choosing the components was easy and straight forward. The ordering process was extremely easy and even being able to upgrade to a faster build slot was amazing. Computer ordered on Monday arrived on Friday by 10:30am. Amazing service! Every member of the team I spoke to was amazing and the photo updates of the build was a nice touch! Brilliant service well done all and the new PC is an absolute beast at a very good price!

Top notch PC. Well built and professionally configured and tested. Great comms all the way through. They're the best. DPD on the other hand were useless and are the only company that has problems finding our house.

I ordered a new gaming laptop, which I had fun customising to fit my preferences and budget, and after ordering had plenty of updates and notifications for all of the stages of the build and when it arrived worked smoothly. When it comes time to upgrade I will use PC Specialist again.

Our son wanted a gaming pc for his birthday so I set about researching pre built and custom pc suppliers. I already had a PC Specialist PC from many years ago which has been faultless and is still fast today so I knew they would make the list, but I thought I would try them last. Well, again, PC Specialist did not disappoint! I had a good idea of what I wanted, but allowed for flexibility, as not everyone uses the same components, but performance would be similar. Only PC Specialist were able to offer enough variation in all elements of the build to satisfy me that I was getting the PC that I wanted with the performance I was happy to pay for. No one else was able to offer complete choices in all stages of the build which did surprise me. Then came the price. Working through the supplier options, seeing and being disappointed with having to make compromises in the build I was assuming they would deliver the price to win the deal due to the limited options.. Oh well, time to build the dream of what I explicitly wanted with PC Specialist and accept that having exactly what we wanted was going to cost more. Doesn't it always? Wow, cheapest quote of them all, by a long way! The simplicity of ordering, fast build time, excellent warranty and super quick delivery sealed the deal. We were kept updated on the build process and when the PC was shipped with the tracking numbers we knew exactly when it would turn up due to the first class delivery company used. Result? One very happy son who can now play alll the games he wants at the speed he wants, thanks to the amazing build by the PC Specialist team. Also, no worries about breakdowns with the long free warranty and great experience gained with my other purchase from them. Thanks PC Specialist, again!

I know nothing about computers but I needed one for my daughter, to game and draw. My tech savvy pal was able to remotely configure the gear for me, email me the link and so I just had to pay. I was kept updated every step and received the computer just over a week later. Brilliant 😊

This is my second purchase from Pc Specialist. Both machines were assembled quickly and with no problems. Pc Specialist seem to be very willing to help. They send emails checking up on how everything is going. They have a feature while the Pc is being built that allows you to see the busing process. So testing, building etc. Very good for people like me that are antsy about seeing updates on the new build! I definitely recommend Pc Specialist. If I ever need a new Pc I intent to use Pc Specialist for future purchases!
