It just works.

Product appears to be exactly as specified. Works perfectly so far. Delivery was on the stated time. Came well packaged and with additional cables. No complaints so far.

Great pc shame about customer support.

I love the laptop, I previously bought a desktop and like the laptop great quality! However unfortunately there higher end laptops obviously need a larger power supply and unfortunately the cable from the power pack to the laptop is so short it doesn’t reach from the floor to your lap if your on a seat so it puts to much pressure on the connection at the back of the laptop! I usedlive chat to see if I could acquire a longer one and was basically told there is nothing they can do.. so hopefully this review gets to someone that can actually fix this and give an option for a longer power supply cable… not the kettle lead. The other bit. The machine however is amazing no issues at all.

Great experience

The overall buying experience was fantastic. Easy to customise my laptop and place the order. I was especially impressed with the clarity of the build/test/ship progress. I knocked the review down to 4* because the track pad on the laptop is clunky - it works, but doesn't have a great feel to it

Sort out your delivery!

This was a company I had trusted. In a short call, we had configured a laptop, not cheap, but exactly as required. In helpful updates, I could see the progress of manufacture, configuration and testing. Then it all went wrong.... The delivery address somehow got corrupted between them and DPD. Must have gone right past my office ....before being returned to the factory. No-one called me. It took a week for the round trip. After MANY calls and MANY non-returned calls, someone called a manager "took ownership" and arranged special delivery to my home at the weekend. Except that they delivered it back to my WORK at the weekend. More calls, more non-returned calls. And then it turns out that DPD had LOST the computer. So they built a new one and, finally, about 4 weeks late, I got it. For my inconvenience, I was awarded £50. Computer is fine, but this purchase is marred by terrible delivery and appalling communication.

Ordered a custom built pc. Designing it was very straightforward and easy to do and the ordering process was smooth. It arrived after 7days and was well packaged and easy to setup. Pc works flawlessly and is a huge upgrade over my previous system. Would definitely reccomend to anyone

I'm considering buying a laptop from them and wondered what are the actual laptop itself is like? What make or brand can they be compared to? Are they just a cheap case/shell around quality components or as I'm hoping a decent bit of hardware?
