Really good value for money.

For years people have told me building is better, however when you compare the parts to palicomps price, you get way more value for money and on top of that it comes with it being built for you and a 3 year warranty.

They were so helpful in emails and game me information comparing benchmarks. Highley recommend them

Had an issue with my PC and contacted Palicomp Support. Their responses were quick, clear, and helpful. Even though the problem was my fault and could have voided my warranty, they still provided excellent support and replaced the faulty RAM without hesitation. They first gave targeted troubleshooting, which helped identify the issue, then made the replacement process simple and stress free. The sales team was equally fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and ensured I got exactly what I needed. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, five stars!

Bought an AMD Ryzen 7 8700G - 32GB DDR5 RAM - 500GB M.2 SSD - 1TB Hdd as my son's first gaming PC. Arrived within 72hrs,well packaged and working straight out of the box. Spec of machine allows for gaming and streaming with expansion as requirements grow.

Would recommend as first gaming PC

I cannot rate the quality and speed of response too highly - no hassle simply clear explanation and instructions.

My marvellous 5 year old Palicomp desktop had an issue with its ability to install Windows 11. In just 3 hours Palicomp support replied to my query and all is now resolved. Very grateful thanks to an excellent organisation.

Really recommend Palicomp if you're in the PC market. My PC had been working fine for two and a half years and out of nowhere the power supply stopped working. I had purchased a 3 year warranty with my PC and so I emailed Palicomp Support to ask for troubleshooting help. They responded within a couple of hours with some helpful advice and then the next day a new Power Supply was in the post. This fixed the issue and I am extremely happy with the support they provided. They honoured my 3-year warranty, no questions asked, and were so responsive and helpful. This was my experience and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone who asks!

Palicomp support was very responsive and while I’m yet to receive a replacement HDD, they were quick to offer a resolution to my issue.

I seemed to receive a HDD that was DOA and while I understand that this can happen, I’m a little unsure how much or little testing was done on the PC for it to get to me being faulty.

I had to order the PC twice because for some reason, payment wasn’t taken on the first order so it was never processed.

I wasn’t told about this until two days later when I called to ask if they had my order.

I also paid extra for cable management which just seems to have been missed as the wires have just been scrunched together and tied up. Not very neat at all.

I was a little disappointed to also receive only 2 sticks of RAM instead of the 4 I thought I ordered as per the image on the order.

A little misleading and I was told that I should have clicked into the part to see that there was more information regarding the spec.

The image showed 4 sticks and the specs that I needed to know were in the popup so I had no reason to look into it further.

I’d maybe recommend making it more clear that what you order might not be what you get.

I also had to get in touch regarding the “LED” button on my PC case as this didn’t work or change anything when pressed.

It turns out that this was just a piece of software that was needed but again, no information on this until I got in touch.

I feel like this should have maybe been pre-installed or at least include some kind of information about it with the PC?

Overall, unfortunately not the best experience personally after being recommended to use Palicomp by a friend though again, their support has been great.

One not alongside this is that when I ordered the PC, some of the components were not compatible and some others, out of stock.

Palicomp were almost immediately in touch to let me know about the compatibility issues and provided alternative options and even upgrades for some items that they didn’t have in stock from my order.

They were very clear about what they could and couldn’t do and what would and wouldn’t work when discussing options and although I did end up paying more for some parts, they offered alternatives that were priced the same and it’s only by my choosing that I asked for different components that held an extra cost.

It's been 13 years since I bought my last PC and spent a long time trying to work out what I wanted and then who I wanted to buy it from. Overall experience from Palicomp has been superb. Buying process, customer follow-up and then support has been first class. Quick response to any questions. Had a small issue with the graphics card and support sorted it out. No hassles, no push back, just went out of their way to sort my issue, which they did. Really positive experience and I'd recommend them.

I made numerous attempts to install Windows 11, and read a lot of articles on how to do this but failed completely. Palincomp very quickly suggested what to do, and it worked first time. Excellent service. Justified my taking out a service guarantee when I bought the machine several years ago.

Computer failed to boot up. On-line advice from Palicomp solved the problem quickly. My only criticism is that the literature supplied with the computer gave a phone number for support, but a call to this number just led to a recorded message advising me to use the online support service. Luckily I had access to another computer, otherwise I would have been stuck.
