“Could not download”

I bought the McAfee Internet Security 2012 but after 7 hours of trying it would not download. I contacted McAfee technicians who spent a further 16 hours in total over three days. They could not download nor could they find a reason why. It just kept coming up with the message ''Installation unsuccessful, retry''. I had an unprotected computer for 8 days before giving in and buying another product. This downloaded perfectly with no problems whatsoever. In fairness, I have used McAfee before without any problem. However, I will not be using it again

i am getting message of installtion cannot start, getting slightly annoyed now and wait for technicians to resolve
