Very happy with the training that was delivered. It was tailored to meet our individual needs. The trainer was friendly and enthusiastic.

We booked two days training which took place in September. The team and I were left very deflated however, the company agreed to give us further training for free. We found the free training much more useful and effective. We now have a better understanding of how to create reports and amend them. The trainer was very helpful and patient with the team with the number of questions and queries that we had.

A very informative and edifying day. It told us that while we are doing a number of things right there are so many that we are doing perhaps not wrong but not with the best use of the system. Jayne was an excellent trainer and understood our requirements very well. We look forward to working with Jayne again in the near future.

The training was delivered well and has given me a good basic overview of SAGE. She allowed us to have a go at completing tasks on SAGE using her laptop which was beneficial. It was a very relaxed training session and she answered all our queries that we had throughout the day.

The only disadvantage was that the training site didn't allow us to go into some things and hadn't been updated for quite a while.

I now feel confident to move around SAGE confidently and will be able to add new staff and input their details. I'm not yet confident to run a payroll on my own, however with guidance from my colleagues I am sure that I will be able to complete this.

Our consultant was a great enthusiast for our use of the Sage software and provided us with a lot of useful tips on things we did not know were actually available to us.

The main purpose of the session being booked turned out to take only a relatively small part of the overall training session as we found several other items of interest which the consultant picked up on and gave us a lot of useful advice and ideas.

The training was very helpful: as I had very little experience with the software, I was very happy to learn more about Act's functions and how to automatize certain tasks. Overall I thought it was a good introduction to the programme, and look forward to applying some of the things I learned before the next training session.

Excellent in all respects. The trainer understood the problems we had and was able to deal with every issue. He's also a nice guy!

I think the training was extremely well delivered, a customised one-to-one session with all training tailored to mine and my business needs. The trainer was an absolute expert in the field and knew all high-level questions, whilst not being reluctant to get involved in the hands-on data entry to help me out. Established a strong working relationship and will use her services and advice from now on for training all our future staff training needs for Sage. From her previous experiences had also very useful insider tips, short cuts and general good practice advice.

I found the advisor to be very informative polite and friendly. He was curteous in his teaching and easy to talk to, making me feel at ease. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend him to anyone needing training.

The system seemed to be straight forward with the benefits of reporting. I have never used sage payroll before. However, feel confident after my training that I will be able complete the payroll without any problems. I like the fact that I can submit reports each month as opposed to once a year. Impressed with the box to tick so as the payments will go automatically to the bank. So no need to re-enter a bacs payment. Variance settings helpful to avoid over or under payments going through. The automatic journals from payroll will be very useful and avoid having to input separately.
