Ordered a graphics card from this outfit as they looked ok and were a few pounds cheaper, i opted to pay by paypal (dispute now logged), i recieved all the conformation e maile etc and registered with there website. a couple of days later i noticed a bad review appear here so i tried to re log on to the website, thus has now vanished! the phone number a manchester landline also non operational! well I did place an order but I did NOT pay for it as i called the number ..... engaged or \"we cannot connect you \" NO email response either !!!! Looked up the address, found a few freight forwarders in the area so I called them, they had not heard of this company.... hi there
i too have purchased an item from freedom 4 tech and im now worried that it will not arrive. i paid with paypal so hopefully if this is a bogus company i may get a refund, in reality i want this company to be genuine as would like to recieve the item but at the minute in sceptical to say the least, i made my purchase before the date of this review or i would not of bought from them. the phone number is not active (engaged tone) and the website at present is not up and running :0
fingers crossed it is justa start up glitch but im not sure.

“DO NOT USE FREEDOM4TECH.CO.UK !!!!!!!”

I placed an order with this company on 11th December. Am still awaiting the goods. The order update shows 2 despatch dates for delivery on the 14th and one for delivery on the 15th. Its as though the company updates the item list everyday showing item being shipped. There is no way of contacting them, the telephone number just rings to an engaged tone and the emails come back as failed delivery. If this is not a scam I don't know what is. You may be misjudging Freedon 4 Tech Ltd. Their response below states they are a legitimate company so what you report may just be down to start-up problems.

I posted a similar warning to yours and received the following back from the company. You can draw your own conclusions:


It is our intention to make a liability orde against you personally on two counts :

1) Dafamation of Charater.
2) Loss of earning caused directly/indirectly following a false allegation.

Upon viewing your post below:

We have done comprehensive checks that the IP address and more importantly the HOSTNAME was used to place the order with us, cancel it and then post the above information. Review site were very co-operative.

It has taken us 7 months to get our business to the point where it can trade and with 3 days you have defamed our character and have caused our organisation a loss of income.

As you have acted alone in the action, we have no choice but to purse legal compensation for loss of earning and defamation of character for as long as the post remains on the following url.

We intend to attach the following :

1.Any property you may hold, we be sold to cover the losses.
2.Any cars you the registered keeper of.

As you have not had a negative experience regarding customer service not have you contacted us properly, upon the legal advice we have been given. We will start proceedings in civil court by Monday 18th December 2011.


Our Solictior believes we may be awarded to £145.000, if so we pursue you and then close the site and setup a new business.

You have less than 24 hours to remove the post or find yourself in a expense legal row, I am sure you realise you can not possibility win.
