Firstly any hosting system that doesn't feel like your sitting at your own computer with a margin for allowance is a fail!!

While working during peak hours, I am constantly being disconnected every 5 minutes. The login process hangs during this time. Have to constantly refresh the webpage and eventually it will show up. Constantly then it disconnects again. You can imagine the frustration and stress with deadlines. Advanced say it isn't a load balancing issue. If so, so why is performance suddenly all better in the evenings. Cause that is when my internet is worst. Sounds like a cheap internet portal to me!!

I have a 70 Meg fibre optic internet connection, ping times of 15ms. All other web services are running perfectly. This occurs on 3 different laptops all high spec, so hearing any other BS from them to say its user end is rubbish.

Let me say, if I had a machine that kept shutting down every 5 minutes and runs as slow as this service, I would throw it out and get a new one. Unfortunately its not up to me.

Also if you want any chance of a stable connection, don't use WiFi as any interferce or disruption in service and your connection window just drops, no errors no reconnection attempts. I now just grab what information I need and perform the work offline on my own machine. Wait a minute doesn't this defy the object of this service!!

The service desk is slow to respond and on many occasions will just forget your call. Also they take days to process anything. if you want a new login for an employee, this can take up to 5 days. Get a grip on your business plan will you!

Avoid at all costs!! Much better and cheaper services out there.

Don't host any service with this company.

They are rip off. We transferred services from them to another company as process of centralizing all our DNS to one place.

And now they are asking for £400 for just pointing name server to new nameserver.

Customer service is bad as well. After 30 days and through numerous email's and phone call's they are not helping.

They want us to pay for leaving them.
