“Worst customer service experience”

Item bought which did not fit. Took it back but receipt got washed in trouser pocket. Labels all on item and bank transaction showed. In store and online complaints did not help, were dismissive and cold. All i wanted was to change it for bigger top. I will never buy items from there again. Worst custome experience.
Their prices are not cheap either. Buy brands made in U K to help our economy.
