I ordered some items from them on the 18th Dec 2015, was told delivery of up to 30 days. I understand Christmas and New Year closure but have tried on several occasions ringing the contact number but just get answer machine, so left a voicemail with my contact number but received no reply. I have also emailed with a message about the goods and left my number, no reply, I have private messaged on Facebook. They have been read but no reply. I have also left comments on Facebook but they have been removed and yet again no reply. Can anyone please advise?

This company is an absolute joke. I suspect it's actually just total incompetence. It's a one-man band, run by someone who has zero customer service skills and has the arrogance to contact Review Centre to try to get bad reviews removed. He did this with my review and I was able to supply all the evidence to back it up, including ignorant emails he had sent me, in order to get my review reinstated. The only thing I can suggest is that you contact whoever you paid through (Paypal/credit card or whatever) and tell them the company have fraudulently taken your money without supplying the goods. Then you should also contact their local Trading Standards office and ask them to look at this website to see the number of disgruntled customers. This person should not be allowed to trade and needs to be shut down. Good luck with getting your money back, I know what it's like.
