Track order with Shop I have tried numerous times by phone, every call timed out.....NO REPLY! e-mails sent.....NO REPLY! Is this the way to run a business...? Maybe this is the new way, bury your head in the sand & ignore, hoping the customer will go away...?

Not that impressed with the wait for the item, waited about 15 days & received a shirt with the wrong motive so sent that back at MY OWN expense & had to wait about another 15 days for a replacement. I have now received it & both the shirt & motif are really good so will recommend them but service & communication does need to buck up. I felt a refund for postage should have been forthcoming but no luck there.

Very impressed by the service received from Sloganite. Not only did they have a unique product I couldn't find elsewhere, the quality of the shirt was great. I contacted them to enquire about the delivery date as I needed it for Father's Day, and they had it sent directly to me straight away so that I had it in time. I will definitely order from them again.

Save your money and go elsewhere they send me half my order ignored my emails. I opened a case with PayPal and the seller uploaded the same picture twice so it looked like I had received both parcels.

Certainly won't be ordering from you again, that's why it's just in my basket. Terrible customer service experience. Emails not replied to, telephone number that no one answers and the main thing, my order never arrived!! Should have checked your reviews as they state everything sbout your customer service (sorry, lack of it). Strange too that you don't respond to any negative reviews, wonder why?

I have been waiting four weeks for delivery of a £69.99 jacket which was ordered for a friends funeral, as he requested we all wear rugby parphernalia at his funeral. Despite earlier assurances that the jacket was on its way (14th January) and on 23rd ( unacceptable, and I am looking into this from you) - never heard back from him!

Sloganite was a pleasure to deal with. I returned a fantastic gift of a Sunderland branded 'Ha'way the Lads' navy jacket which family had bought for me for my 50th birthday. Unfortunately it was the wrong size so needed exchanging to a different name and address to that which it was ordered from. He was efficient, polite and courteous in all my dealings with him and ensured my new jacket was delivered safely to me. I love the jacket and wear it with pride!

Ordered a City Christmas jumper for my Husband. Although the delivery was a little long, the company kept in touch and let me know when it was shipped and when I should expect delivery via email. The item itself is good quality and I would buy from them again. I have a very happy husband.

eventually received the embroidered polo shirt "grumpy old git" nicely finished and commented on by many it's good quality but a bit on the expensive side for a polo shirt

Bespoke stuff that good quality - pleased I ordered as the items really stand out against the bog standard items.

I have bought two Preston North End shirts at different times and I really like them and others have admired them too. The material they are made of is excellent and I like the embroidered badges. I have worn them both at football matches. Very happy with them both.

I bought an item from this company in June. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. The item itself looked to be decent enough quality but sadly by the time it arrived it was no longer required due to circumstances outwith anyone's control. I E-mailed to say i was returning the item and gave the reason why, I also included a note in the parcel stating i wanted a refund. I waited 10 days before contacting them, there response was to ask for a tracking number which i supplied. I waited another 5 days still nothing. No refund or response. I an intending to contact paypal to see if they can intervene to help get the refund and i might even report them to trading standards so as no one else has to endure bad service. If i had read the reviews before purchasing from this "Company" i would never have done so. Really poor or even non existent customer service.

Do not buy from this company. We have waited two months for a £140 order, and still nothing. Even the empty excuses have dried up.Emails are now ignored. Terrible in every way.

Excellent product as usual, arrived in good order & in good time.

This is a great sweater made from quality materials and a perfect fit. He was very helpful when I queried length of time I was waiting. My order arrived today and was ordered on 24 June.Slightly over 3 weeks. I have sometimes waited up to 6 weeks when buying from others! Thanks for a nice piece of kit.

Placed an order June 30th and still no receipt of it. Emailed for update but I get nothing!!!!! July 21st now and guess what?? No delivery!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!! 

The order was taken, money paid, then nothing, no communication at all or delivery date. Took a threat to cancel the order and recover my payment from PayPal to elicit a response. Promised delivery, then was two more days late. If I had known what was going on, but emails ignored it was finally delivered nearly 6 weeks after placing the order. The quality is good, not cheap by any means. But delivery and communication was rubbish.

I have bought quite a few polo/t shirts from sloganite, I have always found the quality to be excellent, I don’t have a problem about waiting for items, will I use Sloganite again?, Yes I certainly will.
