“Dreadful Service and no Customer Service”

We ordered several items on-line on Dec 2nd, supposedly dispatched then, sat at Yodel's hub for 5 days then moved to our local hub for the last 3 days, River Island customer service ignored the first e-mail then responded in a second e-mail by asking again for details that were out outlined in the first e-mail. Never again!, if the stuff
ever arrives they are getting it back - absolutely shocking Customer Service if we could award less than 1 Star we would. Chris & Sharon.
