After waiting over a month to get my order of 6 bar necklaces, one arrived broken. I've now been emailing their support email for over 2 weeks. The only way to get a response is to leave a negative comment on their FB page, which them disappears and they contact you. Now, instead of giving me a new chain they want to give me 20% off a broken necklace. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but this place is AWFUL.
