I ordered some trousers for my dad but they were too long so I returned them.
A Jolliman care team representative called me to discuss if they could send me a replacement but they did not sell trousers short enough for my dad, so they agreed to refund.
I didn’t quite understand the remittance advice they sent me for the refund and called to discuss/complain. I didn’t deal with the conversation very well but the representative remained calm and settled the issue amicably by refunding my postage.
A reminder for me to read the refund/postage policy before ordering!
