Item ordered online, incorrect size despatched by DP. Returns no. obtained then item returned 2+ months ago via Royal Mail (Proof of Posting receipt obtained). Despite numerous emails and writing to Head Office (no reply from HO) I have yet to receive a refund or any explanation. Despite sending, via email and letter, full details incl. a copy of Proof of Posting receipt as requested, DP customer services repeatedly ask for copy of Proof of Posting receipt. They do not appear to read incoming emails for details contained within.
Appalling service and lack of care for customers legitimate concerns.
