I recently ordered a sweatshirt from the cult website ( linked to the Made in Chelsea show).

I received no communication from the site unless I contacted them which I had to do as my order had not arrived. I am now told that the item has been out of stock - wasn't when ordered on 28t November and they took payment - only informed of this on 17th December. They have suggested a couple of alternative items but they are not the ones my daughter wanted. This is a Christmas gift which I now have no time to replace as postage dates pretty much up. I have emailed repeatedly now with no response. Very disappointed - the merchandise is overpriced but my daughter really wanted it and the customer service has been awful...

If they had communicated better or let customers know that item was out of stock that would have been preferable.
