Abysmal service. Late deliveries. Rude staff. A CEO who can't be bothered to acknowledge emails with a resolution. No customer care whatsoever. I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
