“Horrible customer Service, Don't care about child safety ”

We was looking for a car seat and came across this company, had a quick look and was pushed towards a certain car seat. On installing the car seat and trying to put our son in it, which was terribly difficult we then realised the shoulder straps slip down and sit around his elbows no matter how we adjusted them. We phoned customer service and was told they wont accept it back even thou it was well within the stated time limit and not used, as we had removed the labelling and they could not sell it on to another unlucky customer. Further into the call we said our child is not safe in the seat to this they said "we don't care its not our problem". The company simply have no regards as to a childs safety, we were even told of we bought a pram and the wheels fell off, they wouldnt exchange the pram as it had been outdoors. Disgusting company, rude, aggressive and unhelpful staff. They only care about your money not your child safety, they stated they wont accept it back as they will loose money as Joie wont accept it back. Even if this was the case isnt child saftry more important then trade cost of the car seat. How dose a company not realise that one bad review can cost them hundreds of new customers all for the sake of one product at trade value, STUPID. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Our suspicions are that these are from competitor(s) who are trying to damage our brand. We are on other review centres i.e. trustpilot, Ebay & our own website and our reviews on these are of a positive nature. Please respond asap.

We've already provided proof of purchase in form of a receipt sent from our own email address just as review centre asked. Stop trying to take off true reviews, just to stop your bad name getting out. Your customer service was shocking, arguing this fact isn't going to change it.
