It's a little while now since I last played regularly at the Palace Group. They have a brilliant platform in the Microgaming suite of games - providing literally any and every game you could ever wish for! Whilst they never really did anything wrong when I played there, they never did anything amazing either. I remember the support was punctual, but not particularly quick - and the withdrawals were reliable, but again, not particularly quick. Solid regular bonuses and loyalty schemes etc - but nothing to make them stand out from the pack. 32Red are out there now blazing a trail and setting the standard RIDICULOUSLY high in terms of customer service and support. All the other Microgaming operators will need to pull their socks up if they want to compete.

Such a capable support team, quick and on the ball. A lot of fun to be had here.
