Ordered wheels and tyres from these lot and had them within 4 days. Didnt have the tyres I ordered in stock so sent an upgrade after confirming it was OK with me to do so. Would definitely return here in the future and recommend to all. 10 out of 10 from start to finish.

After very negative and poor experience with another company I decided to purchase my new wheels and tyres on Wheelbasealloys.com

I searched and found what I want online and gave a call just to confirm with them are goods in stock.

Unfortunately tyres were in stock but wheels weren't. Lovely gentlemen on the phone (whose name I forgotten - sorry) explained to me that due need for delivery of my wheels delivery may take up to 2 weeks. He immediately offer some items on stock, but I really wanted what I chose in 1st place. So, after a bit of hesitation I placed my order on 29/5. Got same day response about payment receival and confirmation that they ordered my wheels and it may take up to 1-2 weeks due wheels coming from EU.

Few days later I got an email update that my tires are ready and they awaiting wheels arrival.

06/06 another email - they received all goods, process them and they were prepared for delivery.

07/06 - my goods delivered on destination and fitted to my car
