Absolutely great tyres

I’ve been recommended by my friend and he told me about this website. Great deals and I bought myself a lovely 4 Pirelli tyres and they’re amazing, feel the difference straight away on my vw golf GT. I ordered them on Monday and got them on Wednesday. Great fast service and delivery on point. Thank you and I’ll be back soon buying more and I recommend it to everyone. Thanks

Ordered on the Monday and was delivered on the Friday. Great tyres, date on the tyres was March 25, so at least you know you are getting a brand new tyre! Was £10 cheaper that camskill, so happy with that as well. Will shop here again.

Terrible customer service

Ordered a tyre, they sent the wrong one, admitted it was there mistake but then continued to make it very awkward to resolve the problem, lots of excuses and apologies but no resolution that helped me get the correct tyre in time. I would not recommend this company even if there prices are ok. I’m sure I spoke to the same person 3 times at 3 different departments. Stay clear of you don’t want a headache when it goes wrong.

Shocking company. Had to take them to court

I bought 4 rims and tyres from them. They guarantee they would fit my car, and I even phoned to double check. All good, they said They did not fit. When I opened a claim, they were brusque and offhand and made up a number of reasons why it had to be my fault. And hen cut off any further communications I was left with no option but to take them to court. I won, they literally had no case. But they made it difficult the whole way. No attempt to resolve the issue, no apology. They obviously were relying on me backing down, because court action is quite scary. Just an awful company. Avoid

POOR PACKAGING

I recently purchased Imperial All Season Driver 215/50R18 92 W XL tyre from oponeo. It was unpacked , dirty and marks on the tyre. Yes, it will be eventually driven on the road but one should at least expect a cheap plastic wrapping on a NEW tyre. Not should thrown out with an address sticker on it.
