Brought one from 11 months later it broke off would not replace it

Just kept making excuses.

I contacted Catman.co.uk for a Mancat for a Suzuki SX4 (08) and was very please when the Mancat arrived securely packaged on Monday morning. When it came to the fitting we discovered that the bore exhaust connection was smaller then the Mancat that was taken from my car and Catman.co.uk were surprised themselves when they saw the photos that I sent them.

After sending the photos to the Catman.co.uk I was sent a free of charge Parcel Force returns label and the Mancat was returned to Catman.co.uk for a full refund, this was paid with no hesitation by Catman.co.uk.

I would recommend Catman.co.uk to any one who requires a Catylitic Convertor, they are proffessional and will endeavour to provide a Catylitic Convertor for any make / model required

Been refunded but not full amount.

Ordered a second hand OEM cat on 2 day shipping (had to pay extra), received a piece of rubbish aftermarket cat on 4 day shipping. Having huge problems getting a refund from them.

Emails from the owner are incredibly unprofessional.

Purchased 2 used Catalytic converters from this site for £430 (£215 each) and paid the postage. They arrived separately in fruit boxes within 7 days of purchase.

I took the parts to my mechanics who assured me that they were the wrong parts. I contacted the company for a refund who proceeded to argue with me that they were the correct parts, being quite rude in doing so.

Their website states that 'parts correctly/incorrectly supplied will not be accepted for refund after 10 days'. I returned the items, paying the postage again on the 8TH DAY, and was then told that I wouldn't be receiving a full refund. I was charged a £43 restocking fee (10% of purchase) stated NOWHERE on the website, terms and conditions, invoice, receipts...NOWHERE!

I told them I refused to pay this bogus fee but they ignored me and refunded me my purchase fee minus £43.

I have now spent over £80 and have nothing to show. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS SERVICE.
