Smooth experience

I ordered a rear bumper for my VW Golf VII. At first, I selected the incorrect part. Usually, the returns process can be long and complicated, involving a lot of waiting and hassle. However, returning it was really easy. I completed the process in just a few clicks through my Autodoc account, and it didn't take long. Then I ordered the correct bumper, which was delivered quickly and fits perfectly. I’m happy with how smoothly it all went.

New grille for my Volvo

I have an early 2000s Volvo S60. After a minor bump, I was looking for a new front grille. At the garages and local dealers, they just shrugged their shoulders the model is too old, we don't have body parts like that in stock, try a scrap yard. But I’m not a fan of secondhand parts with cracks or peeling chrome. I decided to check Autodoc and found exactly what I needed straight away. There was a brand new grille from a trusted brand in the catalogue, the price was very fair and it only took four days to arrive.

My Land Cruiser

I noticed the temperature gauge creeping up under load, accompanied by a strange whistling sound from under the hood. My mechanic s verdict was clear the water pump was on its last legs. Since my Land Cruiser is a heavy and reliable machine, I felt it would be a crime to install parts of questionable origin. I found the necessary part on Autodoc. Upon pickup, I immediately checked the pulley for smooth rotation and inspected all the gaskets the quality is solid, and I didn't find any defects

1.4 TSI engine

I'm not much of a car person, so I wasn't sure which ignition coil was right for my 1.4 TSI engine, especially with so many versions online. I contacted support through the Autodoc website and the team helped me pick the correct part. Last year I actually ordered the wrong part and had to exchange it but I’m glad that this time everything went smoothly without any issues

New MAF sensor

Early in the morning on my way to work I noticed that my audi had lost power and the idle was getting rough. Diagnostics pointed to a faulty mass air flow sensor I ordered the part here on Autodoc and it took 3 days to arrive. As for the quality, there were no defects at all, the main thing is that the power is back to normal now

I sometimes come across negative reviews about Autodoc, and it’s a bit surprising because I didn’t have any issues. I ordered brake pads, and everything arrived on time and without any surprises. Maybe some people just had bad luck, but in my case, everything went smoothly and without any stress.

I discovered that the engine alternator belt had started to fray along the edges. There were no noises yet, but its condition already caused concern, so I decided not to delay. I ordered a new belt, and it arrived without any issues.
