After asking for fog lights for an x-type making it very clear this was the facelift, constantly telling me you would be okay he sent me the wrong part. When I returned I was charged a 25% restocking fee for his error. When I kept calling up he told me that accounts would sort it. Naturally this never happened, he then said if I called again he would not tolerate repeat phone calls. He just fobbed me off, told me cheques were in the post… this was a while ago and was a lot of money to be back then!!!!!
