I ordered a Sony 'reconditioned' car audio from this company via Ebay. They sent a unit that clearly hadn't been checked. It had no reception and the bluetooth mic didn't work. When I complained they said it must have been installed wrong. I said it was installed by a professional car audio installer. They asked me to return it if I wanted a refund. I said that it cost me £50 to fit it, they were not interested. When I returned it they said they would charge me £40 for the metal… Read Full Review
