I visited the store personally to get advice on, and purchase a new head unit and speakers, had the unfortunate experience of encountering on 2 occasions probably the most arrogant and unhelpful store manager I have ever experienced (in 25 years!)

First visit (purchase head unit)

1. store manager (after barely 10 minutes) said he was too busy to help me any further as he had 'important things to do' and 'couldn't spare the time.

2nd Visit (purchase speakers)

1. waited some time whilst assistants seemed to ignore me.
2. assistant said they needed to check that speakers would fit car
3. I asked for a screwdriver to remove them so they could advise.
4. Received a lecture on returning the screwdriver !!!!
5. Needed a 'stubby' screwdriver to remove so they could check and advise.
6. Manager pipes up that they would not lend me one.
7. I offered to take car to workshop so they could remove 2 screws.
8. Manager ignores this, gets angry and repeats himself

Bear in mind that I am about to spend around £500 in total, but they were very rude, and didn't really want the sale.
What kind of customer service refuses to help a customer to buy goods at the shop?
