On the website, they claim that production time is 24 hours if payment is cleared by 7 a.m. This was the case for my order. 4 days later and my item has still not been shipped, despite several emails back and forth about this. I would understand if production took twice as long as they state on the website. But 4 times is not acceptable, especially when they know I need this order shipped. No effort was made by this company to honor their own promises on their website and email correspondence.

I cannot recommend this company when others are doing a better job and keeping their promises to their customers.

The telephone number they have online is only available during "business hours"! I have called them several times during the day and never been able to speak to anyone. They do not inform you of what the business hours are! Just stay away from this company.

Ordered a canvas on 15th August. Site information indicated delivery in a few days, however, nearly 4 weeks later, it arrived.

Poor customer services simply pointing me to the UPS app to find out where my canvas was. No effort or interest in trying to help me.

UPS didn’t even show the order being received and only sprang into life, 2 hours before the item was delivered.

Overall, the canvas was fine but until they get rid of UPS, I’ll go elsewhere.

On another matter, I get almost daily promos from Picanova offering huge discounts but when ever I upload a picture, the size I want is always full price and their suggestion that I can only have certain sizes due to my picture quality is arrogant.

I wanted 75 x 50 to match all the other canvases I’ve had over the years from this company but it would only allow me 60 x 30.

Personally, I don’t mind if it’s a bit grainy on the larger size, that’s my choice but to simply say I can’t have it is not how a company should operate.

I found Picanova on a google search, and what a find it was! Having sadly said goodbye to my elderly labrador at Christmas time, I was looking for a large photo canvas print for my lounge in memory of him. Loved that I could amend the photo (lighting, effects, colour) after uploading to get just the right effect. Super easy to do and to order. The canvas arrived within a week, well packaged to keep it safe during transit. Fabulous quality. I would most definitely recommend and will use this service again. Many thanks!

This company managed to send me someone else's canvas which was of a naked young boy. (Bit of a surprise when our picture was of a lighthouse!) Upon making them aware they did not seem overly bothered but I requested that they arranged for collection of the canvas as I certainly didn't feel comfortable disposing of a picture of a naked child (and this was a child, not a baby!). They agreed but then failed to collect it and are now telling me to dispose of the faulty item. Is hardly faulty - it's an indecent image of a minor, and one of expect a reputable company to take seriously. I'm certainly not going to take it to the dump and will have to continue to request that it's collected.

My canvas has just arrived. Amazing picture , fast delivery, well packaged. Great buying experience from ordering via the website to actually receiving my order. Great company , would definatley use again and recommend to friends and family.

As review title - the colour was wrong and unacceptable. Waste of money.

Ordered 120x80 canvas print on special offer. Print arrived via Germany by ups. Print was marked at edge by straps around box there was also a number of creases on print and the frame was not true. The box needs to be marked handle with care or do not crush or plasma TV. The straps should not be used as they only cut into the box when used as handles. Otherwise good quality print and service let down by the carrier.

I've been meaning to get some photos printed for some time and had been looking for a suitable printing partner. I've found it, the quality, speed, price and service received from Picanova was amazing.

I've bought 5 floating frame prints from photos I have taken over the last couple of years in a variety of sizes. The prints look amazing.

Canvasses are more than I expected. The quality is amazing. The prices were pure value. Well done Picanova. The delivery time was excellent, bearing in mind that they came from Germany. These were a present for my wife's birthday, and she was thrilled with them. Put your favourite photographs on a canvas up to a size that would nearly fill any wall. If you have loved ones that live abroad like we have, hang them on the wall in your living room, and get the feeling that they are there with you.
